What is Intuitive Mentoring?
Intuitive mentoring is not advice-giving and it’s not therapy. It’s a conversation where you’re deeply seen and understood. I listen beyond words — noticing patterns, emotional blocks, and strengths you may overlook — and reflect them back in a way that creates clarity.
Together we turn those realizations into grounded actions so you can stop feeling stuck, isolated, or unsure and start making decisions that actually feel like you.

When you feel disconnected from yourself, everything feels harder. Decisions feel overwhelming. Confidence feels far away. You might look like you’re managing on the outside while quietly feeling alone inside.

How is intuitive mentoring different from therapy or coaching?
Therapy focuses on healing and processing the past, while coaching typically focuses on setting goals and accountability for the future.
Intuitive mentoring sits in between.
We pay attention to your present patterns — how your thoughts, emotions, habits, and life experiences connect — so you can understand why you feel stuck before trying to fix it.
Instead of diagnosing or prescribing a plan, I help you see yourself clearly, recognize what is already true for you, and then translate that awareness into practical next steps. Change comes from clarity, not pressure.
