Identify the hidden habits of hustle and survival that once protected you—but are now holding you back. •Week 2: Emotional Repression & Performance Unmask the ways you’ve been performing for safety, acceptance, or worth—and reconnect with your real emotions. •Week 3: Boundaries & Burnout Learn to set boundaries without guilt, and understand how lack of limits fuels cycles of collapse and recovery. •Week 4: The Body Keeps the Score Reclaim your relationship with your body as a source of wisdom, regulation, and self-trust. •Week 5: Identity Beyond Productivity Explore who you are outside of output, caretaking, and perfectionism.
